I've had two of these drills for about a year or so. Good power, lousy chuck (round bits and drills frequently fall out). Problem is with the battery charger that doesn't charge. Worse is the Customer Service that doesn't respond to my emails (the only route given in "Contact Us"). Is the charger faulty? What might I be doing wrong? Can't tell since I don't hear from them.
